Within the field activities from the Phare program: Ukraine 2005, were researched the hills bordering Ukraine, on the side of the village called Viişoara. Sylex splinters dating from the Paleolithic Age were found on a small hill, oriented north-south, on the north-eastern slopes of the Viisoara Mountain. The traces show a small settlement, of about 30 x 30 m.
